Forces all targets touched during the prayer to keep their oath, or permanently lose 1 Toughness point The subjects of this prayer willingly make an oath while touching the invoker. This forces all targets to keep their oath, or permanently lose 1 Toughness point when they do break it. Any number of subjects can be included, as long as they touch the invoker and speak their oath out loud.
