Medicine test to heal 1d6HP/level, but fatigue after

You may spend an action healing someone during a combat. Make a medicine test. If successful, the target heals 1d6 HP per times this training was taken. After the combat, when the adrenaline goes down, the target receives 1 fatigue condition per d6 that was healed. E.g., a combat surgeon with 3 trainings, can heal 3d6 HP, but the target suffers 3 fatigue conditions after the combat.

This combat surgery may only be performed successfully twice on any one character per combat. After 2 successful attempts, nothing more can be done on that set of wounds.

A combat surgeon may attempt to perform this on themself, but with a disadvantage on the medicine test.

Using (and expending) bandages provides an advantage on the medicine test.
